Memorial Day 2020

Memorial Day 2020 is unprecedented. Traditional ceremonies have been cancelled, but that doesn't mean veterans who are no longer with us need be forgotten.

​Please take a few moments to remember those military men and women who paid the ultimate price in protecting our democratic way of life. The following order issued by the Commander of Sons of Union Veterans gives a brief history of Memorial Day and the meaning behind it.
